I had never seen or read about this approach before, but I really appreciated learning about the difference between feeling unworthy and actually being unworthy. In other words, even though most of us aren’t unworthy, we feel unworthy—a feeling we must completely eliminate from our lives, thoughts, and beliefs in order to achieve the life we want.

Therefore, what must always prevail in our consciousness is the awareness of our own worth, which is nothing more than knowing that we are worthy. Especially because we are children of God, made in His image and likeness.
