Question from Community:

“Almost all the wealthiest people do real estate or software.

Do you think that is the best and easiest way to become a millionaire or a multi-millionaire?

Should I go for that then or should I go for something I'm more passionate about?”

Harv’s Answer:

Isn’t this a great question?

Because, who doesn't have a desire to become a millionaire, right?

A safe guess would be that it ain’t many people…

Now, Harv himself admits that he had spent many, many years trying to find out how to get rich easily.

First, he tried one thing, and when he inevitably failed in it, he then tried another.

So he tried and tried, looking for many different vehicles to financial success...

Looking for what is hot and what is not, and riding those that are what he considered to be hot.

But he admits that he 'failed' miserably.

Why did he fail, you wonder?

Because after a while, Harv realized that he didn't want to get in that hot vehicle no matter how rich it would've made him because he didn't like what he was doing.

He just didn't have passion for it.

He always ended up slowing down and looking for the nearest exit from that highway.

Harv noticed that other people would speed past him and reach their goal because they probably loved what they're doing!

And, Harv considered them lucky because what they were doing at the time was the current trend, making their goal for financial independence speedy.

But it wasn’t that simple for Harv.

Not in that way, at least.

Getting wealthier isn't about money alone, Harv argues.

And he adds that becoming a millionaire and staying wealthy takes more than money.

If you enter a job or a line of business full-time just to try your chances at getting wealthier in that field, according to Harv, you will fail in that endeavor for sure, because you will always be looking for an exit.

Or even if you didn't fail, Harv begs the question of whether or not you would be happy with your life…

He paints the picture that you’ll go home to your luxurious villa, be served hand and foot by your maids, eat a first-class dinner, and lie down on your king-sized bed covered with silk sheets...

But he asks you to do some introspection as to whether or not you will truly be happy.

So consider that, even if you do become a millionaire on the books, will you be loving your life?

Will you be content with all those material things or would you go buying other luxurious items simply to remind you why you have to stay in your job or why you have to keep your business running?

Harv advocates for getting rich doing what you love and he reckons that in doing so, you'll be more fulfilled and satisfied with your villa, your dinner, and your king-sized bed with silk sheets.

He suggests that, instead of trying all the ways that might work for others, that look trendy but might not have anything in common with who you are as a person, you try to look at what is in your arena of love...

Harv’s message is that if what you're doing doesn't come from your soul, fulfillment, and satisfaction will elude you.

Some people make it in real estate and software because those people are made for those vehicles.

You might be made for something completely different.

Are you passionate about hair?

Or clothes?

Or films?

Whatever it is that you're passionate about, it really doesn't matter.

What IS important, according to Harv, is that you enter that field not just because it is hot at the moment.

Creating wealth, as Harv always echoes to his students, IS A CHOICE.

On the freeway of your life, he suggests that you travel in the right vehicle by determining your passion, your area of love, your mission, and your life direction.

Once you're already in the right vehicle, Harv encourages you to go look for the right lane to reach your GOAL.

The hot area in your field of passion is the right lane.

So he suggests that you find the area that you love and then understand how you can get wealthier in that area through business and marketing.

As long as you understand business and marketing, Harv believes that you can get rich in any business you choose to endeavor yourself in.

He boasts that if you give him any business, he'll tell you how you can get rich from it…

Passionate about hair?

Start a hair salon!

Don't have enough money?

Then get a job in a high-end salon, build your reputation as a hair stylist, and start from there.

Crazy about clothes?

Start your own boutique!

If you can't yet, then start as a supplier for a boutique that sells clothes that don't brand themselves with designer names.

Love films?

Then start an online shop promoting movies.

Or start a video-editing shop.

Or try your chances at directing.

Harv insists that there are so many income-generating projects you can do with the things you love.

You just have to look at it from the right angle.

You know what...

You can even do real estate or software on the side, he says.

If you're doing something you love, it doesn't hurt to invest in real estate as well, and he argues that you don't have to love real estate unless you plan on doing it full-time.

But if real estate is absolutely enjoyable for you, then go full time in real estate and invest in it because that is one of the best things you can ever invest in to become a millionaire, and it worked for Harv so it can work for you too.

You see, not all the ‘smartest’ investments are necessarily the ‘best’ investments.

See here what Harv’s using as an example:

If, say, I'm in real estate, I can go buy shopping centers and build apartment buildings.

They are smart investments in themselves, but I don't like those things!

If I do that, I'll be doing it strictly for the money.

I probably won't be fulfilled with it, though.

I like vacation homes so the best investment for me is to buy vacation homes.

Gorgeous, luxurious, million-dollar vacation homes right in Jamaica or the Caribbean Seas or on top of the mountain at a ski resort somewhere.

I like it because it can serve two purposes:

(1) I can live in them while I'm waiting for a buyer, and

(2) I can probably sell them at a higher rate in one or two years' time.

This month, a beach house in the Caribbean might cost a million dollars then in the next month, its market value might increase to 2 million!

All Harv is saying is: Do what you love.

Prioritize passion before money alone.

Do what you're strong in, play to your strengths.

Then find a hot spot, the hot road in that path that you're passionate about.

Harv urges you to then go full speed ahead into your goal, and in no time, you will find that you are not only wealthier but also happier in what you do.

If you desire more out of life…

More wealth, more happiness, more fun…

The answer is simple according to Harv.

You HAVE to get rich doing what you love.

Become a millionaire, a multi-millionaire, and beyond, doing what you love.

So you’ve learned some of the important qualities that you require to cultivate in yourself if you want to obtain 7 figures.

Now get out there and start working on it.

Next Steps

You’ve just learned that the easiest way to get rich is to do what you love.

Because in doing that, you can live your life with true meaning and fulfillment, while you're helping people and making a mint!

So which one of your passions will you start pursuing for profit?
